My Role


The work in this project was completed largely independently. The user interview stage was completed collaboratively with a design colleague in the interest of time, and to gain the strongest grasp about the users’ feelings and pain points.

Background


Hero Analytics is a platform used by retailers and Customer Success to learn about how their stores are performing using Hero.

The Customer Success Management (CSM) team had mentioned that analytics and general usability could be improved within Hero analytics.
